Spotted: Urban Outfitters
I was in urban outfitters this Sunday when I spotted a woman wearing her green staffers badge around the store. Honey, its Sunday, Father's Day, you're obviously not working and believe it or not, wearing that badge won't get you a discount.

Sounds like an angry intern retaliating at the staffers.
ReplyDeleteJust saying, as a staffer, odds of your having to work on Sunday are considerably higher than an intern's (I've worked the last more weekends than I can count), and it's the one time you actually need your ID. I'm not condoning keeping it visibly attached, but still - forgiveable.
ReplyDeleteAs someone (a lobbyist, not a staffer) who knows at least six staffers off the top of my head who were in the office on Sunday, this is pretty weak.
ReplyDeleteThe intern who posted this might not know it, but there's a few big pieces of legislation people are working on right now, and most staffers aren't lucky enough just to punch out at 5 pm on weekdays.
Yeah, well, that's just like your opinion, man.
