Spotted: The First Leprechaun

During my modest stint as an intern a few years ago, I had the glamorous privileged of leading constituent tours.  On one tour, I noticed a young tall and gorgeous blond doing the same. I decided to follow her and see if I could learn anything my office didn't already teach me.  Within moments of following her, She pointed to the statue of Winthrop and said, "as you can see we have William Shakespeare."  Entertained more than anything, I followed her a few more steps until we got to Father Damian, who was known for having worked with a colony of lepers in Hawaii.  She pointed to the statue and described how Father Damian was the first leprechaun in the United States.
